RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment is required in full for all holidays at the time the reservation is made. NO REFUNDS ON ANY HOLIDAY RESERVATION. NO REFUNDS DUE TO WEATHER. Payment in full is required for all other reservations at the time the reservation is made. CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE WILL RECEIVE NO REFUND. ALL OTHER CANCELLATIONS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $25.00 BOOKKEEPING FEE.
